They first met a while back when they were both hired to kill the same powerful business man on Twillon. Tooths got the kill. Dice has never forgiven him for it. Enthralled by her sheer presence, Tooths has followed her around ever since. Seeing her as a shameless example of himself, he cannot help but be infatuated.
